During this coaching series we will explore how to:

  • More easily create habits that are good for you (exercise, eat healthy, meditate, set boundaries, etc.)

  • Follow through more regularly on tasks that have felt difficult in the past.

  • Build internal resiliency to support yourself through the tough times. 

  • Spend less energy on things you can’t control. 

  • Notice what’s good in your life, more often.


  • Registration closes on January 18th, or sooner depending on response. Class is limited to 12 participants...I want to keep it small so everyone get's solid support. 

  • Live, virtual group coaching via Zoom, (use your phone or computer).
